The
White Shepherd is truly gifted for Agility work. He simply
loves it.
Agility competitions consist of a series of obstacles, similar
to a horse’s obstacle course, with one difference
that agility includes balancing work, such as the see-saw.
Another unique difficulty is the slalom. This sport requires
him to be in good physical shape whatever his breed. This
of course automatically eliminates any dog suffering from
illness, hip-dysplasia or mal formations. Once again this
sport is very interesting for selective breeding purposes.
In addition there must be a really strong bond between the
handler and his dog. This is a sport at which the White
Shepherd excels because even in full flight he keeps a watchful
eye on his owner. The strength of his body and his natural
agility allow him to pass all obstacles with ease.

Her mistress
tells us about her:
“beginning
of November she obtained her agility certificate now she
can try out in a championship in 4months that’s good.”
“I
just turned one; I am now an adult (well almost…).
In great shape I am really improving in agility…soon
competitions, as soon as I turn 18 months old. On the course,
no problem, I run, I jump…what fun! Especially in
the tunnel and the bridge. I am even a bit too quick for
my mistress…What an incredible year we have ahead
of us: confirmation, agility certificate, canicross if my
mistress develops her endurance!!”
